The Swarm Manifest

Provoked by environmental alarmism, pod architecture, and the emergence of swarm intelligence, this exhibition posits representations of new realities formed from the aggregation of interfaces. These artifacts are representative of a complex world of constant flux and feedback loops, a world of real-time communication and change.

Artists, engineers, and architects have grappled with emergent pluralities and complexities in attempts to represent the constant change of these environments. These monuments are not built of stone but exist in the interfaces and connections of the digital world, modulated and created through real-time change. The stage for this new reality is set in the fluidity and vibrance of the constant virtual flux: the swarm reality.
